“Every day is an opportunity to make a difference in someone else’s life.”
Nigel has an intense career working to assist communities on their needs. However, his academic background is not the only reason that lead him to immigration law. Hearing the reasons for friends and family who left their home countries, and being part of a minority himself, he feels strongly about the difficulties faced by clients. Starting his job at Hogan & Vandenberg as an intern, he now is an associate attorney specialized on visas for victims of human trafficking (T visas). Nigel also is the main contributor to our blog and speaks Spanish and basic Portuguese.
Nigel has a bachelors from Clemson University and a J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Garden State Bar Association.
