“I am passionate to be a voice for the ones who don’t have a voice yet”
Priscilla has a wide range of experience in helping communities with different cultures. Growing up in a family of immigrants, she saw first-hand the sacrifices involved in starting a life in a new country. As an adult, she has been helping our clients to see those sacrifices being rewarded. Starting her career experience in the educational system, she was able to help families to understand and adapt to a new environment. As the Managing Paralegal at Hogan & Vandenberg, she not only assists clients with their needs but also provides administrative support to attorneys and staff. Priscilla speaks Portuguese and Spanish, and is specialized in visas for victims of crimes (U Visa), Deportation Defense and family-based cases.
Case and Billing Manager
“I am happy to help our clients reach their goals.”
Shannon is responsible for billing and case management. Her main goal is to make sure that our paralegals are efficiently progressing on cases, so they can focus on what matters: our clients. She opens and assign cases, coordinates the workflow, and manages all financial tasks. Shannon empathizes with the challenges our clients face. As a teacher in China, she experienced the difficulties of learning a foreign language and living in a new country, which gave her a broader perspective on the life of an immigrant.
